It was the biggest remote controlled boat the spectators had ever seen and it had just come through hurricane weather of nine metre waves and 65 knot winds. It was also the most expensive, built over two years at a cost of $11 million.
But the new Offshore Patrol Vessel (OPV) Nemesis is no toy and no joke for marine crime offenders.
