westernaustralia2011.com completes final ocean crossing in penultimate race

westernaustralia2011.com, one of the ten internationally-backed yachts competing in the Clipper 07-08 Round the World Yacht Race, has completed her final ocean crossing of the 35,000-mile contest, finishing in ninth place in Race 13. The yacht crossed the finish line at 0355 local time (0255 GMT) on Sunday 29 June at the end of the 2,080-mile race across the North Atlantic from Nova Scotia, Canada, to Cork, Ireland.
