Nothing fishy about barra buyback

Fisheries Minister Chris Natt says the timing of an announcement of a buy back of barramundi fishing licenses is not an attempt to lure the powerful recreational sector ahead of an election.
The buyback of commercial fishing licences was a 2005 election promise and some other licence types have been bought back already.
