Cruise liner forced to consolidate two ships

Classic International Cruises biggest ship, Athena, will replace Princess Daphne and Funchal for the Australian 2008/09 summer season due to high fuel prices.
Athena, which accommodates 650 passengers, will operate from Fremantle all 16 cruises planned for Funchal with affected passengers paying no extra fees for similar cabins.
Princess Daphne will no longer debut in Sydney, with passengers booked in the seven cancelled cruises offered free flights to Perth and no extra costs for the longer cruise on Athena.
