Flu hits Australian sailors at Qingdao ahead of Beijing Olympics

The threat of an impending typhoon may have eased for Australia’s Olympic sailors, but now the squad has a bout of the sniffles to worry about.

A powerful typhoon, which has most recently created havoc in Japan after lashing Taiwan and the Philippines, had been forecast to hit the Olympic sailing venue at Qingdao.
