Tears and smiles after boat tragedy

One was remembered as a larrikin with a zest for life, the other as a big-hearted man known as “little mouse” whose death in last week’s Sydney harbour boat tragedy saved five others through organ donation.

Elizabeth “Lizzie” Holder, 20, and Alex “Pondy” Nikakis, 29, were among six people who died after an overcrowded runabout carrying 14 people and a fishing boat collided on the harbour in the early hours of May 1.
